• 2 oz of About Brazil Organic Cachaça Silver
• ¼oz of cinnamon Schnapps
• 1 oz of fresh apple juice
• ½oz of lemon juice
• ¼oz simple syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
• lemon or orange peel to garnish
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and serve in a previously chilled glass.
